On April 18, the traditional career guidance forum "My Professional Trajectory" was held at the "Laplandia" educational center. Over 250 schoolchildren from Murmansk and the region familiarized themselves with various professions of large enterprises in the region, including scientific organizations such as MMBI RAS and PINRO.
At the MMBI career guidance station, led by research scientists Alyona Noskovich, Oleg Bondarev, Dmitry Pugovkin, and Dmitry Salakhov, young northerners could examine under a microscope and touch samples of Arctic algae, benthos, and fish. The anglerfish was, as always, irresistible and very popular with both children and adults. We hope that the scientific mysteries of our northern seas deapths genuinely interested the forum visitors, and we will one day see them among our young colleagues!
